-All commissions are for personal use unless previously agreed upon.
-All commissions will be paid up front.
-Once a commission has left it's sketch phase the buyer may NOT request a refund.
-If a commission cannot be completed by seller, buyer may be refunded.
-Any dissatisfaction with the final product will NOT be refunded.
